Information we collect

When you request a callback, we collect your name and phone number. If you continue through the project questions, we also collect the answers you choose to provide, such as products of interest, purchase timing, ZIP code and project notes. We keep records of our follow-up and your project inquiry.

Pressing Continue submits your name and phone number. We save those details and may call you about your request even if you leave before finishing the remaining questions. Typing without pressing Continue does not submit a callback request.

Our website, hosting and advertising services may also collect technical and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referring links, ad or campaign identifiers and actions taken on a form. Please do not include payment details, identification numbers or other sensitive personal information in project notes.

How we use information

• Respond to your inquiry, return your call and discuss products, quotes and next steps.
• Give our team the project context needed to help you and keep track of follow-up.
• Operate and protect our website, forms and customer records.
• Understand which ads generate inquiries, measure conversions and improve or retarget our advertising.

A callback request is not an enrollment in a recurring promotional text or email program. Any separate marketing program would need its own notice and any consent required by law.

Who receives information

Our showroom team and authorized service providers can access information needed to handle your request. We use HighLevel to host our callback form, store customer records, organize inquiries and send internal notifications to our team. Website hosting, technical support and marketing providers may process information on our behalf.

Advertising platforms, including Meta, may receive website activity and conversion data for ad attribution, measurement and audience targeting. Depending on the tracking configuration, this may include identifiers such as an IP address, browser or cookie identifiers, and contact information transformed into a hashed value for matching. A hashed value is not the same as anonymous information.

We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security issues or legal claims. Third-party services handle information under their own terms and privacy policies, including HighLevel’s privacy policy and Meta’s privacy policy.

Cookies and advertising

Our callback pages may use cookies, the Meta Pixel and server-side conversion tools to understand visits and form activity, measure ad results and reach interested visitors again on Facebook or Instagram. These tools may let Meta connect activity on our pages with a Meta account.

You can manage cookies through your browser and review advertising and activity controls in your Meta account. Blocking cookies may limit some tracking, but does not necessarily stop information sent through server-side tools. Retention and security

No website, storage system or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Please use the contact details below if you believe information connected with your request has been exposed or used improperly.

Children’s information

Our website and callback service are intended for adults planning home projects. We do not knowingly request personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
